Anthony Moses Davis, better known by his stage name Beenie Man, has denied reports that he tested positive for Covid-19 upon his arrival in Ghana for the BhimConcert.
According to police sources, Beenie Man was stopped by Airport Police on Monday as he sought to board an airplane to Jamaica.
Beenie Man tested positive and was ordered to isolate, according to the source, but he disobeyed the orders and played at the BhimConcert alongside several other artists.
However, in response to the allegations, the Jamaican superstar stated that he has never tested positive for covid.
In a tweet on his official Twitter account, he stated that he has been properly vaccinated and has been traveling for the previous six months without contracting any diseases.
He went on to thank the Ghanaian government, immigration, and health teams for their assistance, describing Ghana as the best country in the world.
